The Kellam Estate is the perfect outdoor venue to host your wedding for up to 350 guests. Couples are able to customize their own personal experience within our venue which has various rustic and historic backdrops onsite. Please see below for more info on wedding pricing and amenities!
Private Events
Our grounds are also available to other events that range from corporate events, engagement parties, baby showers, reunions to name a few. Please contact us for more info!

Here are some noteworthy services we offer to our couples and their guests!
~ ALL packages include access to the grounds for the ENTIRE DAY (9 am until 11 pm, music must be off by 10 pm).
~ ALL Packages include Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception spaces.
~ ALL packages include 72” round dining tables, 6 Farm Tables, cocktail tables, a rustic sweetheart table, and wine barrel bar.
~ MOST packages include Professional Valet Services
~ How do you reserve your date and when are payments due?
~ We require a $1,500 deposit, contract signing, and a copy of a valid driver’s license to officially book your big day.
~ A second payment will be due 6 months after your initial deposit or 6 months out from your event date, whichever comes first.
~ The remaining venue balance is due 30 days before your event date.

~ Event Liability Insurance is required for all events.
~ An ABC license is required for all events that will be serving alcohol.
