The Kellam Estate is the historic home place of the Kellam family of Virginia Beach. Today it is one of Virginia Beach’s newest venues; open to private events and of course weddings!

Located on six acres near the old Princess Anne Courthouse. The estate is within 20 minutes of the Oceanfront, Sandbridge and Town Center.

Parts of the home were originally built in the early 1700s. The Kellam family purchased the property in the 1890s and have since expanded on with various additions. One of the original rooms (known as the parlor) are featured on this page. The property is dominated by ancient trees, rolling lawns and a dense hedgerow providing additional privacy around the perimeter of the estate. Period structures remain across the property and include a small red barn, stables, a gas house, smoke house and a schoolhouse.
