The Kellam Estate is the perfect outdoor venue to host your wedding for up to 350 guests. Couples are able to customize their own personal experience within our venue which has various rustic and historic backdrops onsite. Please see below for more info on wedding pricing and amenities!

Here are some noteworthy services we offer to our couples and their guests!

~ ALL packages include access to the grounds for the ENTIRE DAY (9am until 11pm, music must be off by 10pm).

~ ALL Packages include Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception spaces.

~ ALL packages include 6 foot round dining tables, cocktail tables, rustic sweetheart table and wine barrel bar.

~ MOST packages include Professional Valet will be onsite to assist guests arriving and leaving with their vehicles.

How do you reserve your date and when are payments due?

~ We require a $1,000 deposit, contract signing and a copy of valid driver’s license to officially book your big day.

~ A second payment of $1,000 is due 6 months after your initial deposit or 6 months out from your event date, whichever comes first.

~ The remaining venue balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.

 

Our wedding packages vary among event sizes. Please inquire with us for more details on the package that fits you!

 

Elopement: Equal or less than 25 invited guests


Small Intimate: 25 – 74 invited guests


Formal: 75 – 124 invited guests


Grand: 125 – 174 invited guests


Diamond: 175 – 225 invited guests


* Please note

~ Wedding parties of 125 or more guests are required to have a Day of Coordinator

~ Weddings and private events with more than 175 guests (Diamond Package) are allowed on a case-by-case basis

~ Weddings that occur on Sunday - Thursday are allowed on a case-by-case basis

~ Event Liability Insurance is required for all events.

~ An ABC license is required for all events that will be serving alcohol.
